Notice at Collection

This notice explains the categories of personal information NuraXXII, operated by Silvee Collective LLC, collects at or before the point of collection and the purposes for which the information is used.
NuraXXII is a trading journal, analytics, education, accountability, community, and coaching platform. It is not a brokerage or financial adviser and does not execute trades.

1. Information We Collect
Account and identity data
Name, username, email address, account and authentication identifiers, account role, subscription status, preferences, and support communications.
Trading and financial performance data
Trade entries, instruments, size, entry and exit information, profit and loss, fees, account labels, broker or prop firm exports, strategy records, backtests, and CSV imported records. Do not upload brokerage passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, tax records, government identification, or unrelated financial documents.
User content
Trade screenshots, chart images, journal entries, notes, reflections, comments, reactions, community posts, and coach feedback. Review screenshots before upload and crop or redact account numbers, legal names, email addresses, and other unnecessary personal information.
Behavioral, mindset, habit, readiness, and optional health data
Discipline inputs, behavior tags, preparation records, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, emotional state, routines, mindset responses, and, if you enable cycle tracking, menstrual cycle or cycle phase information. These fields are optional unless clearly marked otherwise and may be used to provide personal analytics, correlations, and requested AI assisted insights.
Device, usage, and security data
IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, session information, pages viewed, feature interactions, security logs, and diagnostic information.
Payment and subscription data
Plan, billing status, renewal information, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata from payment processors. NuraXXII does not store full payment card numbers.
2. Why We Use It
• Create, authenticate, and secure your account. • Provide journaling, analytics, discipline scoring, backtesting, coaching, community, and subscription features. • Import, organize, calculate, display, and analyze the information you choose to provide. • Generate requested automated and AI assisted summaries, reviews, and insights. Information relevant to those requests may be processed by service providers that supply automated analysis or AI functionality. • Prevent fraud, investigate abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect users and the platform. • Send service messages and, only with your optional consent, marketing or educational emails. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform rules.
3. Sensitive and Private Information
NuraXXII treats private journals, mindset information, emotional state information, readiness information, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, and optional cycle information as sensitive. This information is not displayed to the general public or unrelated users by default. When you join or participate in a coaching relationship, the assigned coach may access the account, trading, journal, behavioral, mindset, habit, readiness, optional cycle, and other performance information available through the coach dashboard so the coach can review progress and provide feedback. Coach access is part of the coaching feature and may not be individually disabled while the coaching relationship remains active. NuraXXII does not sell sensitive information or use it for cross context behavioral advertising.
4. Sharing and Retention
We disclose information to service providers that help operate NuraXXII, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, storage, email, security, analytics, customer support, and AI functionality providers. We also disclose information when you intentionally publish it to a community, participate in a coaching relationship, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Retention varies by category. We consider whether your account remains active, whether information is needed to provide a requested feature, legal, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution obligations, and applicable deletion and backup cycles. We do not intentionally retain information longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.
5. Your Choices
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information. You may also manage marketing preferences, remove published content where available, leave a coaching relationship, and close your account.
