This Risk Disclosure explains the limits of NuraXXII and the risks associated with trading and relying on educational or analytical tools.
This disclosure should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What NuraXXII Is
NuraXXII is a behavioral journaling and trader performance platform designed to help traders reflect on their process, track discipline, identify behavioral patterns, and develop consistent habits. NuraXXII is an educational, informational, and self-development tool only. All features, including trade logs, discipline scores, AI reviews, behavioral analytics, habit tracking, backtesting, community features, and coaching tools, exist to support personal growth and self-awareness, not to direct trading activity.
2. What NuraXXII Does Not Provide
NuraXXII does not provide: • Financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice. • Trade signals, buy or sell recommendations, entries, exits, price targets, or portfolio allocation guidance. • Predictive analytics or forecasts about market movements. • Managed accounts, portfolio management, brokerage services, or investment advisory services. • Any solicitation, offer, or recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, forex position, or other financial instrument.
3. Trading Involves Risk
Trading financial instruments, including futures, stocks, forex, options, cryptocurrency, and other derivatives, involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital, and in some circumstances you may lose more than expected. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical trade data, backtests, simulated results, or analytics displayed within NuraXXII do not predict, promise, or indicate future trading outcomes. Individual trading results vary significantly based on market conditions, execution quality, experience, capitalization, psychology, discipline, and risk management.
4. Backtesting, Simulation, and Hypothetical Results
Simulated, backtested, replay-based, or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. They may not reflect actual trading conditions, liquidity, slippage, commissions, emotional decision-making, execution risk, platform issues, latency, or changing market conditions. Examples, screenshots, historical trades, journal entries, shared reviews, and educational demonstrations are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as recommendations.
5. Discipline Scores, AI, and Analytics
Discipline scores, AI behavioral reviews, consistency metrics, correlations, and coaching insights are self-review and educational tools only. They measure behavioral process relative to a user's stated rules and data. They do not evaluate the safety, suitability, quality, or profitability of any trading strategy. AI-generated reviews, summaries, behavioral insights, and analytics may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or limited by the information provided. They should not be relied upon for financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional decision-making.
6. Coaching and Community Content
Comments, coaching feedback, community discussions, accountability posts, shared trade reviews, and other user-generated content reflect the opinions and experiences of individual users only. They do not represent financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements by NuraXXII. Coaches using NuraXXII act independently unless expressly identified otherwise. Their comments and feedback are their own and do not constitute advice or recommendations by NuraXXII.
7. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, account management, risk management, and financial outcomes. NuraXXII does not direct, supervise, advise, or control your trading activity. You are also responsible for complying with all broker, exchange, prop firm, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements that apply to your trading activities. Before trading any financial instrument, you should understand the risks involved and consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation. When appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser, broker, tax adviser, attorney, or other qualified professional.
8. Regulatory Status
NuraXXII is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, futures commission merchant, exchange, or proprietary trading firm, and does not hold itself out as having any such license or status.
9. No Warranties and Limitation of Responsibility
NuraXXII is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuraXXII is not liable for trading losses, financial losses, missed opportunities, failed evaluations, prop firm disqualifications, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, platform errors, or other damages arising from use of the platform.
